Villasanta
ships FREE
anywhere in the Continental United States. We ship via UPS ground. A
street address and telephone number are required. UPS will not deliver to
a PO Box or an APO/FPO.
Shipping charges
may apply to certain sale or clearance items.
Shipping charges for international orders will be based upon
the weight of the order and the destination. All international orders are
shipped via UPS International. Please note that any customs transactions
will be your responsibility.
**Note: Customers can request Express, or Overnight shipping.
Customers will be charged for these services.
Return and Exchange
Policy:
If your new Villasanta garment does not fit or
is not up to your quality standards, please return it within 10 days of
receipt with tags intact and not worn. Please contact Villasanta by e-mailing
us at sales@villasanta.com to
inform us that you are returning the garment. Please include a short explanation
as to why you are returning the garment and if you would like an exchange
in size. If you are returning the garment, we will credit your credit card
upon receipt of the garment. Shipping charges will not be refunded. We suggest
that in order to process the fit exactly, please call or email us, so we
can further help you to choose the right size.
Order Confirmation
and Order Status:
Your order will be confirmed via email. You will
receive an email at the time of your order to confirm that we have received
your information. You will receive a second email when your order is shipped.

24 hours with a detailed response.
Unavailable Items:
While Villasanta
makes every effort to fill your order, occasionally certain items can no
longer be made and therefore become unavailable. We will do our best to
notify you if an item you have ordered is no longer available.
